INSPECTION:
- Verification of compliance with directive 2006/42/CE (machine directive);
- Ascertainment of compliance with directive 2014/34/UE (ATEX);
- Surface roughness test with certified instruments;
- Check of consumable components ( Ex. gaskets, bushings, O-rings, filters etc…) and immediate replacement, if necessary;
- Technical advice on improvements necessary to increase the level of safety, cleanliness and ergonomics in the operation of the machine with an eye towards optimizing processes.
INTERVENTION: Technical interventions for the adjustment and resolution of anomalies found following the technical investigation carried out during the inspection. Proposals and solutions for specific SPARE PARTS for every need.
REPORTING: An intervention report and a maintenance log will be issued following each intervention.
