CO.RA DOUBLE VALVE® is a very aseptic valve and very precise dosing valve. Designed to satisfy control, dosing, regulation and mixing needs in the filling process of bulk products. It is a butterfly valve with central rotor, placed by means of a clamp under the machine to be discharged outlet. Such valve is designed to discharge 95% of the weight automatically opening the butterfly by means of pneumatics actuator. Once a certain weights is reached a weighing stops the butterfly and allows rotor dosing the products very precisely to reach the exact product amount required.

It is completely manufactured with AISI 316L stainless steel; the sealing gasket is made of silicone meeting the FDA 177.2600 Standards. DOUBLE VALVE is available with Butterfly Diameter: of 150mm, 200mm and 250mm and Rotor Diameter: 80mm and 100mm. The actuation is realized by means two double acting anodised aluminium actuators: 90° for the butterfly, 180° for the rotor.

CO.RA. VR8V (Vacuum Rotary Valve)® is a very aseptic valve, designed and manufactured to dose powder and granules flow when working under pressure but also under vacuum. Such valve allows a very precise automatic discharge. It also allows powders and granules continuos feeding from the Machine A to the machine B maintaining an extremely uniform dosage. The valve special spherical profile is to isolate and avoid communication between the inside part of the machine to be fed and the valve‘s upstream equipment. Actuation: PLC (completely electronic) equipped with Brushless electrical motor with carter and control encoder or pneumatic motor. Movement speed and stop time can be adjusted according to valve application. It is completely manufactured with AISI 316L stainless steel: the sealing gasket is made of silicone meeting the FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 Standards but it can also be supplied with metal to metal sealing. At bodies ends there are welded conical spigots manufactured specifically to be welded, but that on request can be supplied with standard or magnetic T.C. ends. Diameter: from 80 mm to 250 mm..
